The Doctor's Office

I played a gig at the Doctor's Office the night that the new non-smoking law took effect. There were a lot of sour faces in the bar. It was half as crowded as usual. Fast forward to the next year, and the place was full.

People adjusted to the new law. It wasn't the end of the world. In fact, I like to go to non smoking bars.

I'm less hungover the next day. The poison is only from what I drink.

Weather a factor for shows

With the recent flooding of Midwestern states, it's been tough to get the fans out to the clubs. I can't blame people for staying home to clean up their basements. It's just that bars, clubs, and bands rely on the people to come out and support their local scene.

Hopefully, things will get back to normal soon, and we'll see you out and about. For the folks in Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa, keep your chin up. The sun will come out and dry up the flooding. It will take some time before we all rock and roll again.
